These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at medicalavenueshealth.com and the training and consulting services provided by Medical Avenues Health LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services Provided

Medical Avenues Health LLC provides healthcare training and consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification training
  • Tracheostomy maintenance and respiratory consulting
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) training (coming January 2027)
  • In-person and skills-based training sessions for healthcare professionals
  • Facility consulting for long-term care providers

2. Booking and Payment

All training sessions and consulting services must be booked in advance through our contact form. Payment terms, pricing, and scheduling details will be confirmed in writing prior to your session. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 48 hours or more before your session: Full refund or free rescheduling
  • Less than 48 hours before your session: Session fee is non-refundable. Rescheduling may be available at our discretion
  • No-show: Session fee is forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued

To cancel or reschedule, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible.

4. Certification Requirements

Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all required skills assessments and written components in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) standards. Medical Avenues Health LLC does not guarantee certification to participants who do not meet competency requirements. No refund will be issued for failure to pass required assessments.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants in our training programs agree to:

  • Arrive on time and prepared for hands-on participation
  • Disclose any physical limitations that may affect participation in skills-based training
  • Treat instructors and fellow participants with professionalism and respect
  • Complete all required pre-course materials if provided in advance

6. Scope of Services — Important Disclaimer

Training and consulting services provided by Medical Avenues Health LLC are educational in nature and are intended to equip healthcare professionals with skills and knowledge consistent with their professional roles. Our services do not constitute medical advice, medical diagnosis, or a patient care relationship. Participants should apply their training in accordance with their professional scope of practice and the policies of their employing facility.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, course materials, training resources, and consulting documents produced by Medical Avenues Health LLC are our intellectual property and are protected under applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medical Avenues Health LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
